This is me at work on the 6th season of "Simply Ming" with host Ming Tsai. I've collaborated on 3 seasons of the WGBH Boston/Ming East-West, LLC produced TV show. It's fun but also challenging to keep Ming (and his celebrity guest chefs) looking camera-ready while he is working hard over steaming and sizzling pots and pans. Everyone in the crew is an absolute delight and I always look forward to the shoot in June/July. Check out the new season airing right now on Public Television (check local listing).
